Our primary services are wilderness medical and survival training. All medical team members are licensed as EMTs or EMRs. Unlike other event medical staff, we also operate under medical direction when performing our services.
Medical & Survival Training
We are an HSI and American Red Cross training center. We offer CPR/AED/First Aid courses, as well as Wilderness First Aid classes.
Event Medical Staff
Our medical staff can be tailored to your needs, but are ideal for adventure and wilderness races and events. Can be combined with our REMS team to provide a high-quality standby rescue service. Our medical staff takes a pre-hire physical test to ensure that they are capable of getting to your guests in a timely manner.
REMS Team
Coming in 2026: Our Rapid Extraction Module team can operate as a stand alone unit or as part of a larger group. For our REMS team, we can assist with:
- Ropes Rescue Operations
- BLS Medical Services (Certified at the MFR or EMT-B level)
- Confined Space Rescue
- Wildland Firefighting Operations

Our team members are also familiar with occupational health and safety, HAZWOPER, ICS and NIMS.
Standby Medical & First Aid Services
